If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 48 hours in advanced. Not doing so will result in 50% service charge. Cancellation policy is waved due to sickness (either client or family) and other emergencies. If you or a family member is sick please call to reschedule your appointment. Specialty services such as fashion tones or corrective color MAY require a $100 deposit, refundable if cancellation notice is given at least 7 days in advanced. We also advise scheduling a consultation prior to any specialty service.
